The goals of the Friends of the Library:

• To provide support for the services and programs of the Grant Area District Library.

• Our volunteers meet these goals by participating in fundraisers as well as volunteering at various programs that the library offers to its members and the community.

• Funds raised will go towards a "wish" list that will be provided by the staff members at the GADL in order to enhance and strengthen our programs.

• Other areas of interest include, but are not limited to:

  Book & Bake Sale - November 21st & 22nd Specials for Christmas!
  Hosting Social Events - Christmas Tea & Tales Thursday, December 11th 4pm
  Publishing a Newsletter
  Establishing and volunteering in the Friends Room
  Gardening
