The Grant Area District Library is seeking bids for cleaning services at their facility located at 122 Elder Street in Grant, MI. Bids must be received at the same address by end of business on Monday, August 23rd, 2021 in a sealed envelope marked Cleaning Services Proposal.

Cleaning Services Specifications
The Grant Area District Library reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in any one proposal, or accept any proposal deemed in the best interest of GADL.
Cleaning Services Specifications
- Please bid the project at the cost of two cleanings per week.
- Clean and sanitize all common areas including:
- Kitchens, work-spaces, tables, computer screens, keyboards, desks, and phones
- Trash containers emptied and cleaned
- Clean and sanitize all restrooms including stocking of paper products and soap
- Floors mopped, carpet vacuumed
- Dust windowsills, and ledges; bookshelves can be done as needed
- Interior windows will be spot cleaned regularly and thoroughly cleaned once per year
- Interior lobby windows will be thoroughly cleaned 4 times per year and exterior lobby windows twice per year
- Carpets to be deep cleaned and tile/hard floors cleaned thoroughly and waxed once per year
- Additional services: Please include a list of prices for carpet and furniture spot cleaning and exterior window washing for services upon request
- Cleaning products and equipment are to be provided by the service
- All bids must include proof of liability and workman’s compensation insurance and any licenses to operate as required.
