Title: Circulation Clerk
The Grant Area District Library is seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual to add to our organization as a full time Circulation Clerk.  The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enthusiastic about bringing library services to all members of the community.  Under supervision this position helps shelve and organize library collection materials and otherwise help prepare the library facilities for program use. The position reads shelves, shelf checks overdue items, applies acquired knowledge to help customers locate materials, and circulates materials to patrons. The work requires an understanding of how the library is organized. Additionally, this position assists in organizing adult programming throughout the year.
 
Minimum Education & Experience Required
High school diploma or equivalency required; some college preferred; relevant library experience desirable.
Ability to work 34 hours per week including evenings and weekend hours.
 
Pay: starting at $11.00/hour
